Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also contained in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
